I ordered product #ASC103 on January 01, 2013 and I am writing you to say thank you, I love this product. Effortless adjustment makes for one less thing I need to worry about while swinging around in trees. I work for Davey Tree Expert Company and am currently working on Transmission lines in North Eastern Pennsylvania. I used this product in the rain, ice, and snow and never had a problem with adjusting my safety lanyard. I am very pleased.

The shorter cord is no issue and you definitely did not need to include the extra clip, but i highly appreciate it and will further pass your company's name onto friends and coworkers as a good company to work with.

The Tree Mans Toy Store!?

I have driven across the state, ordered from catalogs and over the internet, and bought gear from more places than I would like to admit. I have never met a staff that had such a wealth of knowledge that they were willing to share. These guys are real professional tree men who know what you want and need to do this job safely.
