1. Defective merchandise. --- Should you ever receive a defective product, they should notify us immediately via e-mail. The product should be returned to us within 10 days of receipt of product, and we will replace the product or refund full purchase price. We will credit your account for return shipping, and we will pay shipping to replace product.
2. Wrong product mistakenly shipped. --- You should notify us immediately via e-mail and as soon as the product is returned to us we will send the correct product. We will credit your account for return shipping, and we will pay the shipping to replace the product.
3. Pinnacle Arborist Supplies provides FREE shipping on all web orders over $100 to the continental United States. Exceptions to free shipping include oversized, bulky or heavy items such as cable and rope spools, pruner poles, pole saws, and rakes.
4. Customers with shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories will be notified of actual shipping charges, and that amount will be entered manually prior to shipping.
5. International deliveries will be shipped in the timeliest and cost effective manner. Your local government may charge duties, import fees, taxes or tariffs on your package. Check with your local postal service for information and fees you will be responsible for. Pinnacle Arborist Supplies can not advise you of these fees prior to shipping your order, and you are solely responsible for these fees.
